Darcy Woods
ENTITY provides one on one social and community personal support to people living with a physical or mental disability through funding from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (The NDIS) in Victoria, Australia. We assist people from 13 to 65 to live an ordinary life helping them to achieve their goals set out in their NDIS plan.
Our specialty is supporting our participants in nature based recreation activities that increase their health and wellbeing combined with ongoing consistent weekly personal support sessions encouraging and supporting participants to actively achieve their NDIS goals.
The regular support we provide for people is diverse and could be assisting people with everyday tasks and errands, going for a coffee and a chat or attending appointments or social events.
Our geographic scope of clients is within the State of Victoria in Australia, with the majority of clients being serviced in Central Victoria around the Greater Bendigo area and extending to Castlemaine and surrounding towns.
