Iain Wilson
I reside in Spring Gully, Bendigo where I have been the Ranger/Caretaker of the Koolamurt Park Scout Camp for the past 18 years. During my tenure there I have catered for many groups and have become a very competent cook. I have worked as a Cook/Chef on and off throughout my career and enjoy sharing the knowledge I have gained with a view to helping people develop more healthy and independent diets.
My main passions however are the natural environment and the pursuit of creative artistic expression. I have an Honours Degree in Visual Art with a major in painting. I have run many classes for both physically and intellectually disabled people as well as children and have curated exhibitions of the artwork created. I am an active artist who exhibits regularly and am a strong believer in the therapeutic value of creative engagement.
I have a current NDIS worker screening check, police check, first aid level 2 certificate, working with children check and comprehensive car insurance.
