I am the founder of ENTITY. I am 47 years old, a Christian and the father of Mitchell 18, Laura 16 and Emma 13. I have a passion for people and for our natural world.  I love to connect and collaborate. I absolutely love networking and growing our team.

I love to keep fit on my day break walks and also enjoy running, mountain bike riding, practicing meditation daily, fishing, camping, hiking, watching movies and catching up with family and friends.

In my work life I have had an 11 year career and life membership with Conservation Volunteers Australia before changing industries into disability and working for Interchange Loddon Mallee for just under two years before starting my own NDIS support business in ENTITY.
I have had a lived experience of mental illness and passionately believe in Nature Based Therapy combined with a community care and goal setting model that the NDIS provides funding for.

I believe the NDIS is extremely important for people with a diagnosed significant mental illness particularly to help people to stay active physically and socially on a regular ongoing basis and to have support for everyday living and to provide consistent encouragement for people to actively achieve their goals and enjoy their lives.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Nature Tourism from La Trobe University, Cert 4 in Training and Assessment, Cert 4 in Frontline Management.
I have a current police check, an NDIS worker screening check, first aid level 2 certificate, working with children check, public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and comprehensive car insurance.
